When you are in Northop Hall, follow the signs for the Northop Hall Country House Hotel. We share a drive with the hotel so once you have turned into the hotel’s entrance, turn right and come up the lane.

Opening hours for drop off and pick up:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday - 8am until 12.30 and 2pm until 6pm
Wednesday, Saturday & Sunday - 8am until 12noon

We are open from 8am until 12 on Bank Holidays. We are closed on Easter Day, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, December 27th, New Year’s Day and January 2nd for check in and check out. We also have 'closed weeks'  - please message for more information on the dates not available.

Prices

We charge a day rate which includes the day your cat checks in and the day you collect them.


1 Cat - £14.50 per day

2 Cats (sharing the same room) - £19.00 per day

3 Cats (sharing the same room) - £22.00 per day

4 Cats (sharing the same room) - £24.50 per day

Only cats from the same family share a room.


We accept overnight stays but the minimum charge is £30.


Please note that if you arrive early to pick your cat up, you may still be charged the full stay particularly during peak times.


If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as you can. Depending on the time of year and circumstances you maybe required to pay a cancellation fee as follows:


Cancellations within 7 days of the arrival day will incur the full cost of the booking

Cancellations within 14 days of the arrival day will incur 50% of the booking

Cancellations within 28 days of the arrival day will incur 25% of the booking


We reserve the right to increase prices without notification.
