Cats or rabbits cannot be accepted without an up to date vaccination card.

Please fill in the information and tell us how many animalsand type of animals(ie cat/ rabbit) you wish to board, the check in date, the check out date, the animals names and also any special requests or information,
- If you are an existing customer a confirmation will be sent to you.via your e mail. We would appreciate a acknowledgement that you have recieved the confirmation. The booking will then be in place..Thank you.
- If you are a new customer and are asking for availability, an answer and quote will be sent to you. Please confirm that you still require the booking. A confirmation will then be sent. The booking will then be in place.
- If you need to cancel, please cancel by e mail or telephone at the earliest opportunity. If cancelations are recieved less than two weeks before a booking you may still be charged.
Everything is provided for your pet, but you may bring in any additional items to make them feel at home.
Cats on medication can continue during their stay, please make sure you have enough prescription to last. ( A medication form must be completed).
A Veterinary Authoristion form must be signed at check in for all animals.
Cats are covered by our Veterinary Insurance for any new illness during their stay up to the value of £700. (Unless customers have their own insurance) .
